1. The promoter
The promoter is WinnaHub – The Home of Winnas. Contact: hello@winnahub.co.uk.
2. Eligibility
Unless a competition states otherwise, entrants must be at least 18 years old and resident in Great Britain (England, Scotland and Wales). Employees of the promoter and anyone materially involved in administering a draw, together with members of their immediate household where stated, may be excluded. The promoter may request reasonable evidence of identity, age, residence and eligibility before awarding a prize.
3. How competitions work
Each competition page states the prize, entry price (if any), maximum entries, per-person limit, closing date/time, draw information, any cash alternative, any question and other significant conditions. Those details should be read before entry. Entries received after closure, outside stated limits or otherwise invalid are not eligible.
4. Paid online entries
A paid entry is not complete until the required entry steps have been completed and payment has been successfully confirmed. Ticket numbers are allocated by the platform after payment confirmation. A failed, reversed, cancelled or fraudulent payment does not create a valid paid entry. Customers should check their account/order record after purchase.
5. Free postal entry route
Where a free route is offered, it is a genuine alternative route into the same relevant prize determination. The exact postal instructions, required information, address and deadline are shown on the Free Postal Entry page and/or competition page. Qualifying free entries must be processed consistently with the published rules and the prize-determination system must not treat a qualifying entry differently merely because it used the free route.
6. Questions, skill and knowledge
Some promotions may use a question. The operator is responsible for ensuring that the legal structure of each promotion is appropriate. A multiple-choice question is not automatically sufficient to make a paid promotion a lawful prize competition; where the operator relies on skill, judgement or knowledge, the test must meet the applicable legal standard.
7. Closing dates and availability
The advertised closing date/time is a significant condition. The promoter will not change it merely to increase sales. A change should be made only where permitted by applicable law and advertising rules and where entrants are not unfairly disadvantaged. Entry availability may end earlier if the published maximum number of entries is reached.
8. Main draws
Only eligible entries are included. WinnaHub records the selected winning ticket server-side before any presentation animation reveals it. The animation is presentation only and cannot select, replace or alter the recorded winner. A result may include a verification reference and eligible-entry count. Where independent supervision is legally or contractually required, the promoter is responsible for arranging it.
9. Instant wins
Where advertised, instant-win prizes are linked to predetermined eligible ticket numbers before the relevant tickets are allocated. A customer wins when an eligible allocated ticket matches an available instant-win number. Unwon predetermined numbers are not publicly disclosed while the promotion is live. Prize type, value and claim information are stated for the relevant promotion.
10. Winners and notification
Winners will be contacted using the account/contact details supplied and may also see the result in their account. Winners must respond within any clearly disclosed claim period. The promoter may take reasonable steps to verify eligibility before fulfilment. Public winner information should be limited appropriately, for example a first name and surname initial, unless the winner agrees to further publicity or disclosure is otherwise required.
11. Prizes and alternatives
Prizes will be supplied as described or, where the published terms permit and the law allows, by a reasonable equivalent. A cash alternative applies only where it is expressly offered. Delivery, collection, insurance, registration, travel, tax or other costs are included only where stated. The promoter should normally award the advertised prize and must not substitute a materially lower-value prize simply because entry sales were lower than expected.
12. Refunds, cancellation and postponement
Entry fees are generally not refundable merely because an entrant changes their mind after a valid entry has been issued, subject to applicable consumer law. If the promoter cancels a competition without awarding the advertised prize, it will follow the cancellation/refund arrangement disclosed for that competition and applicable law. Payment reversals, duplicate charges and technical payment errors will be investigated individually.
13. Fair use and prohibited conduct
Entrants must not use false identities, payment fraud, automated abuse, exploit vulnerabilities, interfere with draws, manipulate free-entry processing, evade entry limits or compromise another account. The promoter may suspend an account or invalidate affected entries where there is reasonable evidence of fraud or material breach, while keeping an audit record of the decision.
14. Website availability and errors
The promoter will take reasonable care to operate the service accurately but cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability. A display or presentation error does not override the authoritative transaction, ticket and draw records. Material errors affecting entrants should be investigated and corrected transparently.
15. Liability
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or statutory consumer rights that cannot be excluded. Subject to those protections, the promoter is not responsible for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable or for failures caused by events genuinely outside its reasonable control.
16. Privacy
Personal data is handled in accordance with the Privacy Policy. Essential records may be retained after account closure where required for transactions, competition audit, fraud prevention, disputes or legal obligations.
17. Complaints
Complaints should be sent to hello@winnahub.co.uk with enough information to identify the account, competition and issue. The promoter should investigate draw, payment and entry complaints using the retained audit records.
18. Changes to these terms
These website terms may be updated prospectively. Changes will not be used to rewrite the material rules of an already-entered promotion where doing so would unfairly disadvantage participants.
19. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws applicable in England and Wales, subject to any mandatory rights an entrant has under the law of their place of residence.
